Return and Refund policy
We have a 30-day return and refund policy, which means you can request a return or refund within 30 days after receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com with your order number and reason for return request. If your request is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
For return request due to a wrong size or variants chosen, and change of mind after items arrived, the shipping fee will not be covered by us. Free return is eligible for items arrived damaged or in wrong size or variant.
Please contact us immediately for missing item. Free replacement will be provided for item missing from the order.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Free replacement or refund are eligible for items arrived damaged or in wrong size or variant.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. The refund may take up to 10 days to show on your statement.
Can I cancel or edit my order?
Since all orders will be processed immediately, please beware that you have up to 12 hours to edit your order after order confirmation. Please contact our Customer Service team at firstname.lastname@example.org for order cancellation.
