We try our best to deliver the product to you as soon as we can! All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
We offer international shipping to most countries. Depending on your location, the estimated delivery time ranged from 2 - 4 weeks. (Due to COVID-19, the shipping time may be 1-2 weeks longer than usual for some locations. Thank you for your understanding!)
We offer free shipping for order above $75, otherwise the standard shipping fee is $4.95.
How do I check the status of my order?
You can track your order on our order tracking page with your email address and order number. Tracking usually show up in the system 5-10 days after order confirmation. Feel free to contact us or send us an email at email@example.com if you have any question regarding your order.
As we try to deliver the products to all customers as soon as possible, you may only cancel your order within 24 hours after placing the order. Request after 24 hours may not be accepted if the items have already been shipped.
